At DCM Hospitality, the strength of our Leadership Team comes from commitment and synergy. Each of us contributes a wide range of expertise with a passion to perform in order to exceed the expectations of our Owners, Guests, Developers and Employees. It makes our organization what it is today.

Kevin Ceneviva, President, launched DCM Hospitality (DCM) in April 2005 when he saw a need for consulting, management and reservations assistance on the part of Developers and Owners in the Private Residence Club and Boutique Hotels arena.

Among his many years of private membership club experience, Kevin also spent 11 years in executive roles at ClubCorp, Inc. within the Resort and Fractional Divisions., and six years with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in various leadership roles.

He graduated from Widener University in West Chester, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and currently resides in Plano, Texas with his wife and their two sons.

Kevin shares a favorite quote by Colin Powell, “Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure and persistence.”

Robert Goodyear, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of DCM Hospitality (DCM) resort communities. Robert also oversees all aspects of the DCM exchange program, The Elite Alliance.

Prior to joining DCM, Robert worked in the hospitality and private club industries in various management roles, starting his career with ClubCorp, Inc., and Pinehurst Resort and Country Club.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Niagara University in New York and lives in Upstate New York with his wife and three daughters.

Robert is inspired by Will Rogers who stated “Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.”

Rita Felton, Vice President of Human Resources,  plans and directs all aspects of the Human Resources operations of DCM Hospitality (DCM) including policies, objectives, initiatives, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employment legal compliance. 

Prior to joining DCM, Rita worked in the hospitality, transportation, and financial industries in various Human Resources management roles for Greyhound Lines, Inc., ClubCorp Inc., and Fidelity National Financial. 

Rita has a Master of Science in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, and holds SPHR and GPHR certifications.  She lives with her husband in Richardson, Texas.

As a fan of Eleanor Roosevelt, she cites a favorite quote “Life is what you make it.  Always has been, always will be.”

Monica Weir, Director of Marketing
, manages Marketing and Strategic Planning for the DCM Hospitality Hotel Program. Monica creates turnkey programs that traverse print, web and social media, and oversees partner relationships that are key to building awareness and acquiring loyal Guests.

With a background in travel, hospitality and IT services, she has held management roles with Sabre, Inc., Hotels.com and Insight Enterprises where she has been recognized for increasing brand value.

Monica has an MBA from the University of Dallas, a BA in Marketing from Ohio State University, and is a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). She and her houseful of rescue animals live in Carrollton, Texas.

"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel," a philosophy of Maya Angelou to which Monica subscribes.

Lisa Freeman, Reservations Manager,  has a rich background in private clubs, member service and member activity coordination.  Lisa comes from ClubCorp, Inc., where she worked in worldwide reservations, member services and private event planning for over five years. 

She graduated from the University of North Texas, and resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with her husband and daughter. 

Lisa finds inspiration from Sir Winston Churchill who said “We make a living by what we get we make a life by what we give.”

MarCarlos Daniels, Operations Accounting Coordinator, works directly with the President and Vice President of Operations regarding the day-to-day operations of DCM Hospitality (DCM) resort communities, and establishes the standards of operation, systems, processes and procedures.

Prior to joining DCM, MarCarlos worked in the hospitality and property management industries in various accounting roles, starting his career with Doubletree Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

MarCarlos graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He and his wife reside in Red Oak, Texas.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter the words, but to live by them,” was well said by John F. Kennedy and resonates as a guiding quote for MarCarlos.
